Community Guidelines Agreement
I agree to the COSMO community guidelines for posts uploaded within Rekord. Content that violates the guidelines, such as explicit material, advertisements, copyright infringement, etc., will be deleted without warning, and member activity may be restricted.

Copyright Transfer Agreement
Participants who wish to take part in the event are requested to carefully review and agree to the detailed terms regarding copyright usage and transfer below. Failure to agree to the following terms may result in exclusion from event participation and selection.
- Posting on Rekord during the event period will be considered as granting the company the copyright usage rights for the posted content related to this event.
- Images uploaded to Rekord may be utilized across social media and other platforms.
- In the event of being selected for the Fan-made Objekt, all rights to the selected work (creation) will be transferred to the company, and in return, participants will receive the Girls Never Edition Objekt at no cost.
- Participants may only participate in the event with works they have created. If the work is not their own, there may be restrictions on participation and selection.
- If a work is found to not be the participant's own or is revealed to be a synthesized or manipulated image, it will be excluded from consideration for event selection, and if already selected, the selection result will be canceled. Additionally, the participant will be responsible for all civil and criminal liability associated with this.
- Participants are solely responsible for any disputes arising from third-party intellectual property rights infringement, including copyright, neighboring rights, and plagiarism disputes. In such cases, the participant's event selection eligibility will be revoked, and they will be liable for compensating any damages incurred by the company or third parties.

커뮤니티 가이드라인 동의
Rekord내에 업로드되는 게시물은 COSMO 내 커뮤니티 가이드라인을 준수함에 동의합니다. 음란물, 광고, 저작권 침해 등 가이드를 위한한 게시물은 경고 조치 없이 삭제되며 회원 활동이 제한될 수 있습니다.

저작재산권 양도 동의
이벤트에 참여하고자 하는 참가자는 아래 저작재산권 이용허락 및 양도에 관한 내용을 자세히 읽고 동의해주시기 바랍니다.
- 이벤트 기간동안 Rekord에 게시글을 올리는 경우, 회사에게 본 이벤트와 관련하여 게시글의 저작재산권 이용허락을 한 것으로 간주합니다.
- Rekord에 업로드된 이미지는 SNS 및 매체를 통해 활용될 수 있습니다.
- Fan-Made object 대상으로 선정되는 경우, 선정작(저작물)에 대한 저작재산권 일체의 권리를 회사에게 양도하며 양도비용으로 Girls Never Edition Objekt를 무상제공 받습니다.
- 본인이 작성한 저작물로만 이벤트에 참여할 수 있으며, 본인의 저작물이 아닐 소지가 있는 경우 이벤트 참가 및 선정에 제한이 있을 수 있습니다.
- 본인의 저작물이 아닌 것으로 판명되거나, 합성한 사진 또는 조작된 사진으로 밝혀질 경우, 해당 저작물은 이벤트 선정대상에서 제외되고 이미 선정된 경우 선정 결과는 취소됩니다. 또한 이와 관련한 모든 민ㆍ형사상 책임은 응모자에게 있습니다.
- 저작권, 저작인접권, 표절시비 등 제3자의 지식재산권 침해를 이유로 한 각종 분쟁의 책임은 게시글을 업로드한 참가자에게 있으며, 이러한 분쟁이 발생할 경우 이벤트 선정 자격은 박탈되고 해당 참가자는 이로 인하여 회사 또는 제3자가 입게 된 일체의 손해를 배상할 책임을 부담합니다.

참가자 본인은 위 내용을 충분히 이해하였으며, 위 내용에 동의합니다.
